PAYMENT FOR SERVICE AND BILLING:

Ongoing Subscription

By creating an account with an authorized Subscription Provider and providing such Subscription Provider with a Payment Method, you agree to pay the Subscription Provider a subscription fee and any applicable taxes and service fees on a designated cycle for the Service (collectively, the “Subscription Fee”) the first Subscription Fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the date the Subscription Provider confirms your Subscription purchase.

Thereafter, the Subscription Fee will be charged to your Payment Method by your Subscription Provider on a recurring basis in accordance with your designated cycle.

Billing Cycle

For Subscriptions obtained through a Subscription Provider, your billing will be processed by such Subscription Provider or its authorized vendor(s). For Subscriptions obtained through Max23, your billing will be processed by Max23 or its authorized vendor(s), each upon your sign-up. The Subscription Fee will be billed at the time you establish your Subscription and on an ongoing, regular basis unless you cancel your Subscription.

Please note that billing cycles may vary. Note that the timing of your billing may change (i.e. in the event of a problem with your Payment Method, such as an expired credit card). You should confirm the applicable billing policies prior to establishing your Subscription.
